Things are starting to take shape. I'm still waiting for input from Kevin, but I've started to wrap my head around the characters, and some of the shape of the film. The more I think about it, the more I'm attracted to the loose structure. It's something that I wanted to try with KOTM, but the more we worked on it, the more traditional the narrative became. I'm kind of figuring the same thing will happen here. But I need to start thinking there's going to be no narrative structure, that way what we end up with will still be pretty loose.

Kevin gets back to the states pretty soon, and I'm waiting for him to send me some sample music that he's been working on. I want to hear his music and get a feel for where he's going with it before I make any strong decisions about the sound.
